Quantum Meditations
 Introduction
Welcome to an adventure in consciousness. Quantum Meditations is an
exercise in visual and neurolinguistic restructuring of the way we perceive
reality. It is an effort to evolve an alternative consciousness freer in its
perception of reality, cognizant that we create our own reality and stretching
beyond the narrow boundaries of the ego to incorporate environment and
community into a broader definition of identity. This is an evolution in
consciousness brought about in response to scientific advances of the past
century, an evolution that is essential if we are to survive on this planet.
Quantum Meditations is a creation myth and a celebration of the birth of a new
species, Homo sapiens luminous. It is an instruction manual and a road map, a
New World Book of Life as opposed to the Tibetan and Egyptian Books of the
Dead.
Visually, the meditations challenge the way in which written language is
organized, and through that challenge it disrupts our normal linear linguistic
manner of thinking. As you read through the more nonlinear of the meditations,
your mind will seek to make sense of them in a linear fashion, structuring them
into sentences. Yet, by the way they are laid out, they will serve to blur the
boundaries of neurolinguistic thought. In this way, the layout of the pieces will
help to stimulate the reader into a new perspective, allowing her or him to shift
more easily into the different perception of reality that is the content of the
meditations.
The meditations present the reader with a reality much more subjective
than that which we are used to, a reality where matter is an epiphenomena of
consciousness, and where identity is extended to community and environment.
The meditations mix scientific concepts with spiritual concepts from Hinduism,
Buddhism, Taoism, shamanism, Wicca, Hermetic philosophy, and a number of
other spiritual and occult disciplines. It draws upon mythology and archetypes to
help reawaken a more intrapersonal perception of the world.
The sheer length of the work serves as a form of immersion therapy,
reinforcing these new perceptions over time, repeating key themes through
variations, giving the neural synapses time to change in response to these
differing perspectives. As such, the single volumes of Quantum Meditations so
far published do not have the whole effect of the cumulative work.
At some point soon, we hope to release the complete Quantum Meditations
in a single printed volume. Since the entire body of work consists of 2,456
meditations, however this book is formatted, it will be massive, and will likely
be pricey as well. Unfortunately, given the current technology, we do not at this
point in time foresee a single ebook volume of Quantum Meditations. Given the
ability of ereaders to change the formatting of lines and paragraphs, the only way
to faithfully reproduce the structure of Quantum Meditations in an ebook is by
inserting each meditation in the form of an image file. Most ebook technology
currently places a limit on the size of the documents, and so we cannot place as
many meditations per ebook volume as per printed volume. A complete ebook
edition of Quantum Meditations is currently beyond the industry’s capacity.
Perhaps at some future date this will become possible.
For now, we are making Quantum Meditations available in numerous
ebook volumes at the lowest price the markets will allow, so that readers of
ebooks will have access to the entire work, piece by piece.
May you enjoy the journey. But remember, this journey has no end — or
rather, the journey is the end.

PD Allen is a novelist, a poet, a musician and a geologist. He is a writer of
high (or true) imagination, metaphysical fiction, alchemy and new thought. He is
also a student of enlightenment, inching his way along the path as it is revealed
to him. Currently, he divides his time between Michigan and Southern Indiana,

Quantum Meditations: Book One

Quantum Meditations is a living work of literature capable of lighting a

fire in the reader's mind and transforming reality. The meditations had their
genesis in a personal crisis and resulting transformation. As such, they are a
record of a voyage through inner and outer universes, and a map for others to
follow. The simple act of reading the meditations is sufficient to carry the reader

 Awakening Dragon is about empowerment, stirring the magick that lies at
your heart, and through your heart, at the heart of the universe.
It is an introspective journey through the depths of the subconscious,
through the essence of thought and emotion, through archetypes and the laws of
existence, and into the dynamic flow of energy and awareness that underlies
everything in the universe, everything in the wakeaday, and everything in the
underworld. It is a story about finding yourself, finding your center, and finding
the love and intent that is at the heart of everything.
Based on a shamanic experience, this book contains a visionary journey to
awaken the dragon within and bring its power into the world, also awakening to
the interconnection of all things. The first portion of the book consists of a
nonlinear song cycle, followed by an experimental prose narrative.
