Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who can handle the role of Head at IFIM College
Division. You will be responsible for the efficiency of business at college level. The ideal
candidate for this position should have a drive for effective team management and results-
driven leadership. Direct reporting to Kanyathon CEO.

Responsibilities and Duties


● Work closely with all the CXO’s and help them align with the company’s goal and
objectives.
● Lead teams to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
● Should engage in ground work when required and be able to coordinate with
volunteers from different hierarchies.
● Reporting directly to Kanyathon CEO.
● Should able to network well and act as a catalyst in finding potential Volunteers and
forming teams.
● Should be self motivated to boost the sales drive at all levels of IFIM college.
● Oversee quality control throughout the vertical segment, establishing goals for each
department in partnership with division managers.
● Should possess sound knowledge about branding and the drivers of a marathon.
● Should be able to cope up with the dynamic situations and strategize to avoid crisis.

strong corporate contacts and have influential selling and convincing abilities. The Head

maximum support.

Responsibilities:
 To bring in maximum sponsorship for Kanyathon 2019.
 To negotiate with professionals from various industries, like hospitality, real estate,
FMCG, retail etc.
 Lead a team and assign various roles to them.
 Work in co-ordination with the other core committees responsible for Kanyathon.

maximum support.

Job Description
Head of Promotions of the company will report to the CMO and has the responsibility to look
into all Promotion initiatives across different media as well as at various venues. The job
involves working closely with media partners, PR partners, the sales team as well as looking
into tie ups with other Running Clubs, Gyms and anyone else in the fitness space. The Head
of Promotions works closely with the other wings of the Marketing Department to grow the
company and make the event successful.
Responsibilities:

Job Description
The Head of Sales will report to the CMO and will be responsible for generating and
maximizing sales with Corporates and other potential participants. The Sales Head will have
to devise innovative strategies to pitch and close sales as well as follow up with leads. The
Head will have to drive the sales teams, motivate them to perform and keep track of all sales
receipts in an organized fashion.

Prior Experience: Not mandatory but preferred

Responsibilities:
 Ability to form a strong and efficient sales team and maintain a communication channel
within the sales members.
 Ability to motivate and lead the sales team and assign sales targets within a specific
period.
 You must prospect, identify and convert leads by using various marketing channels
which also includes digital marketing medium.

Job Description
Head of the department for Creative is responsible for handling all creative designs for
Kanyathon 2019. The HOD Creatives has to works with Executive Management to grow the
company and make the event successful. HOD Creatives of the company has the
responsibility to design all the creatives for Kanyathon, should be a wizard of words as well as
have a great design sense. An Amazing content writer is preferred.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for designing all the creative materials required for the event.
 Needs to formulate a suitable team with required skillset for making the creatives –
copywriters and visualizers.
 Needs to make short video clips, banners, posters, pamphlets, flyers, vouchers, donor
passes, etc.
 Coordinate well with the entire Kanyathon team and create designs according to the
requirement to make the event successful.

 Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe illustrator, any professional video

Job Description

The Treasurer is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief
Financial Officer (CFO). Your job requires formulating an end to end framework that will serve
you best in keeping tabs on all the receipts through various avenues. One of the key tasks will
be to account for the money received, spent and invested by an organisation.

Responsibilities
● Ultimately responsible for ensure all the money is accounted for and is the go-to person
when management has concerns or needs financial advice.
● Being constantly in touch with the accounts department and tally Kanyathon’s bank
statements with your own.
● Ensuring a proper recording of all the cash flows with their relevant details. (cheque
number and transaction id)

You will be responsible for the smooth flow of the promotional activity. You will be working

environment for the event is ready and set to go without any hitches. You must promote and
encourage a positive relationship with any of the corporate venues you’ll be sent to.
