attached to our eBay and LinkedIn pages for absolute clarity and visibility. By purchasing our products
customers warrant that they have read the legal disclaimers advertised both on our online listings and
contained in the package received by mail.

use of Pragmata LLC products or breach of our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply
to all purchases made from Pragmata LLC in the past, present, or future. Pragmata LLC reserves the right
to update its Terms and Conditions without notice and holds purchaser responsible for review prior to

Products sold by Pragmata LLC are not intended for resale. If products purchased from Pragmata LLC are
used as a component, additive, substrate, or element in any other product, purchaser assumes
responsibility for an assay of Pragmata products and liability for resulting products, compounds, or

Right to Withhold Sales

Pragmata LLC reserves the right to withhold sales to any customer or customers it feels are unqualified
to handle products or are using products in an illegal manner.
