Responsibilities:
 Prepare and maintain obm, wbm and completion fluids

CHALLENGES & ACHIEVMENTS

Loss of circulation:
Complete losses use high concentration of LCM up to 150 lb/bbl while drilling with obm and 200 lb/bbl with
wbm, using different LCM material, blind drilling using sea water, mud cap, Hi Vis, flying mixing in active
pit. Partial losses while drilling using wbm, treat the active system with LCM, and pump LCM pill to control
the losses. I have experience of x-link baker huge chemical to stop losses.

Well Cleaning:
For proper hole cleaning, I use low-vis/wt pills in deviated well & normal hi vis pill sweeps in vertical & low
angle deviations & for horizontal section I use low vis low weighted & height weighted pills.

Stuck Pipe:
While pooh drilling string stuck, Prepare 100bbl grease pill, Spot at stuck area, in first attempt 100%
successfully, pooh smoothly.

Solid control equipments:

Inspect solid control equipment while drilling, give recommendation to control low and high gravity solids.
For passing screen test, before RIH completions screens I gradually install fine shaker screens. Always pass
first time screen test with this technique.
