A- GENERAL :
(i) Review required Material Specifications and condition for the equipment
(ii) To the Item: Recording of items Received, Spares Received and checking for that
equipment model, type and source check.
B- OVERALL EXAMINATION :
(i) Examination of system Materials, and check for certificates for F.A.T for the equipment.
(ii) Check for transportation Damage caused or storage damage for Complete
system and parts.
C-INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

(i) Check for availability of all equipment parts for the system.

(ii) Check the after damages of installation of the system according to safety Policy.
(iii) Receipt inspection for damages and shortages.

(iii) Check for Soft Feet.

(iv) Internal Alignment Checked. (Tooth Contact Check with Bluing)

(v) Check for Cold Alignment.

(vi) Lube Oil supply Pipping Flushed and Casing is cleaned properly.

(vii) Check if ALL blind Flanges have been Removed.

(viii) Check if the Correct Direction of Rotation is benig applied on installation.

(ix) Check if the Dowel Pins are installed.

(x) Check if the Coupling Hubs are installed As per the vendor drawings.

(xi) Check if the name plate is Attached to the equipment and its parts as

per approved documentation.

(xii) Check if the coupling guard is in place and secured.

(xiii) Check if the shims that are mounted, the material and confirguration are

according to approved documented specifications.

(xiv) Check if the tempreture sensors are installed and receptive.

(xv) Check if the Vibration sensors are installed and receptive.
