The various modes through which both come together are:

Our job helpline: A job seeker can register with us by calling on our fully automated job
helpline and enter their information and leave a recording. They can also apply for the
available jobs using this helpline if they have the advertised job codes with them. No need
to have the internet connection for this, a simple mobile or phone connection is enough.
This helps us in a fast processing of job openings and reduction in the response time. Even
the employers can leave their manpower requirements on our helpline, and our client service
associates would revert to them
Our Job portal: Candidates can also register with Lotus Seekers through our job portal,
www.pluckjobs.com and leave and track their job applications. In time, our portal will also
have a functionality for our clients to see their advertised positions and be able to see the
candidates shortlisted for them. They would also be able to leave their comments on the job
seekers online. Thus, it would act as a recruitment management system for them. So, no
more getting the emails for the job profiles. Even if you want to see a profile referred 6
months back, you can just log into your panel and check it out, no searching in various
folders or emails

E-mail ID: This is widely advertised on internet, and anyone sending us their profile to us
on this ID, automatically becomes part of our database, as these resumes are parsed into our
software and become visible on our job portal as well.
