PManagement Aspect

Management aspect is one of the important aspects to be considered in establishing a business.

Management should plan all the steps to take and activities to do including study of key personnel, basic
consideration in forming the business, organizational chart and project schedule.

In order to test the feasibility of the shuttle service to be provided by the Divine Word College of
Calapan, management aspect should be given priority to check the effectiveness and efficiency of the
overall business objectives. The objectives of this study are as follows:

1. To determine the capital outlay that will be used for the entire operation of the shuttle
service.

2. To discuss the activities to do and steps to take and the time alloted per activities.

3. To provide the qualifications of the persons to be hired and its duties and responsibilities.

4. To adopt an organizational structure for the business.

5. To establish a detailed compensation scheme for the employees of the business.

6. To identify the marketing strategy that will make students and parents to avail the service.

7. To provide a service that will ensure the safety of every students.
