 JUDGE:
Trial shall proceed on September 25, 2018 at 8:30 am for the prosecution to present and terminates
its evidence and on October 9, 2018 at 10am for the defense to present and terminates its evidence.

Trial dates are final and in transferable and no motions for postponement that are dilatory in
character shall be entertained by the court. If such motions are granted in exceptional cases, the
postponements by either party shall be deducted from such party’s allotted time to present evidence.
Failure of the party or his counsel to comply with the aforementioned schedule of hearings and
deadlines shall be a ground for the injection of fines and other sanctions by the court. The accused and
counsel are notified in open court. The court shall no longer issues notices to the parties present today.
