PRICES
Sales Prices are fixed in this Price List 2014 which replace and
cancel any other previous list. The Company reserves the right to
change the products and prices without any prior notice.
PACKING
Goods will be supplied in our standard packaging and always in
complete package.
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order amount will be: 500€ net selling per order.
CLAIMS
Claims of goods will be accepted in a maximum period of 10 days,
after reception of goods.
Due to the contract clause in the transport insurance, any damage
during transport must be notified in a maximum period of 24 hours
after goods’ reception. Once this time is passed, SOFAMEL is not
responsible of any substitution or credit.
RESPONSIBILITY
The civil responsibility in our products expires after one year since
the product is sold by SOFAMEL. The prices indicated in this price
list are valid except any mistake or list of errors. We reserve the
right to execute any change in the products specifications or
characteristics at any time.
