Sub:: Inquire about salary deduction only after reviewing Salary Slip

Dear staff members,

There are some instances, where you realized some kind of deduction in
your salary and would like to inquire HR department for its clarity.

You are requested to wait until salary slip is uploaded in your login before
making inquiry to HR department for any kind of salary deduction. HR
department does not have complete data for the deductions before the
salary slip is generated and hence expecting your cooperation for the same.
