KONSEP ALUR PELAYANAN

Patient flow represents the ability of the healthcare system to serve patien
ts quickly and efficiently as they move through stages of care. When the
system works well, patients flow like a river, meaning that each stage is
completed with minimal delay (Randolph Hall, 2006)

The term ‘flow’ describes the progressive movement of people, equipment

and information through a sequence of processes. In healthcare, the term
generally denotes the flow of patients between staff, departments and org
anisations along a pathway of care (The Health Foundation, 2013)

Pengertian
Alur tatalaksana TB rawat inap merupakan alur pelayanan yang diberikan kep
ada pasien TB, untuk kunjungan rawat inap di RSUP Dr Kariadi (SPO, 2016)
Tujuan
Urutan kegiatan psn datang s/d pulang meminimalkan penundaan, pel
ayanan efektif, effisien, dan safety.
