Rural Services Foundation (RSF) is a ‘not for profit` social development initiative of

Rahimafrooz with a view to contribute to rural economy and livelihood. RSF is a very
fast growing social enterprise in expanding renewable energy and CSR activities. RSF
currently has 250 field offices, 1500 employees and have installed 60,000 solar home
systems till date. To support its various activities, RSF is looking for competitive &
committed professionals for the following positions;

Head of Operation
Job Responsibilities
 The position holds responsibility for the strategic development and operational
management of the company and will ensure that customer needs are satisfied and
that operational and financial targets are achieved.
 This is a strategic and highly visible leadership role having the scope to propose and
deliver radical changes and to influence at senior level across the business.
 Leading, co-coordinating, marketing, supervising of all field activities such as sales of
solar home systems, biogas plants, improved cooking stoves activities.
 Developing sales, promotion, marketing, credit management and overall business
strategy
 Responsible for appraising, developing and managing renewable energy opportunities
in Bangladesh market
 Responsible for tracking on a weekly and monthly basis competitor activity, product
trends, volume and pricing to maintain competitiveness. Ensure high level of
customer service is maintained through extensive field visit
 Monitoring sales, recovery, maintenance and inventory.
 Supporting CSR activities.
 Achieving the business plan through teamwork.

Competence

 MBA/BSc Engineering/ MSc degree from any recognized university


 At least 10 years working experience with field operation and credit management.
 With a proven track record in successfully leading large scale operations
 Have strong leadership skills and capable of developing relationships at all levels
 Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, resilient and
effectively challenges at all levels
 A strategic and creative thinker with good execution skill
 Negotiation experience with all stakeholders of the business
 Understand rural business and cultures
 Age limit 45 years

Head of HR
Job Responsibilities
 This is a senior HR leadership position with responsibility for the overall
management of the HR function within the facility.
 This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the direct supervision of HR staff in
the areas of recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, coordination of
employee training and organizational development.
 Assisting RSF in achieving goals by recruiting and retaining an effective workforce
 Responsible for overseeing general employment practices including interviewing
process, testing, participating in disciplinary actions and termination in accordance
with corporate guidelines
 Leading facility efforts aimed at maintaining excellent employee relations
 Plan, develop and administer HR policies & guidelines and responsible for overall
operations of the company
 Manage all HR related jobs: Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, HR
Administration, Training & Development, Legal compliance / Code of Conduct, HR
Database
 Manage the workforce of the organization in a deliberate way
 Responsible for the management and maintenance of the policy and procedure
manual and employee handbooks and the development of new policies as required

Competence

 MBA/Post graduation in HRM from any recognized university


 10 years of experience in related field , at least 6 years experience in managerial
position.
 With a proven track record in successfully leading large scale operations
 Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
 Knowledge of administration, health, safety, and security issues in the workplace is
essential
 Able to develop necessary HR policy independently
 Age limit 45 years

Head of Compliance
Job Responsibilities

 To perform pre-audit function for all transaction.


 To complete internal audit & compliance function of all department for
smooth functioning of the business product line.
 To review month wise and accurate updating reporting of financial
statement to all statutory compliances.
 Analyze the effectiveness and ensuring optimum utilization and collection
from the customers of the business plan and calculate collection
efficiencies of departments.
 To ensure and accurate updating, reporting of inventory management to all
statutory compliances.
 To review data regarding materials assets, net worth, liabilities, capital
stock, consumable stock, income and expenditures.
 Team player with strong leadership quality and excellent.
 Capable to operate MS word, Excel, Access, Power Point.

Competence

 Should be minimum CA- PE-2 passed


 10 years experience in the related field at least 04 years in managerial
position
 Sound knowledge on compliance issues, Bangladesh labor law, and
employment law, budget preparation, costing, and working capital
management, tax, VAT, Audit, company affairs and others related events.
 Strong personality to control, supervise, analyze, forecast, plan and
organize as is necessary to ensure sound financial management.
 Age should not exceed 45 years.

Sr. Officer (Audit)


Job Responsibilities:
 Proper knowledge of pre-auditing system.
 Complete internal audit & compliance function of field office for smooth
functioning of the business product line.
 Review and accurate updating reporting of financial statement and books
of accounts in field office.
 Check collection from the customers as per customer ledger as in order.
 To monitor and physical counting of inventory.
 Team player with strong leadership quality.
 Any other tasks by the Supervisor
 Capable to operate MS word, Excel.

Competence:

 Should be minimum M.Com (Accounting), with CACC


 02 years experience in the related field is preferable.
 Knowledge on taxation, VAT & company affairs.
 Should be professional attitude as a team member of the department.
 Age should not exceed 30 years.

Taka 16,600 with other benefits

Job Location
Dhaka but willing to visit field offices on regular basis.

Trainee Officer (Audit)


Job Responsibilities:

 Knowledge of pre-auditing system.


 Complete internal audit & compliance function of field office for smooth
functioning of the business product line.
 Review and accurate updating reporting of financial statement and books
of accounts in field office.
 Check collection from the customers as per customer ledger as in order.
 To monitor and physical counting of inventory.
 Any other tasks by the Supervisor
 Capable to operate MS word, Excel.
Competence:
 Should be minimum M.Com (Accounting).
 01 year experience in the related field is preferable.
 Should be professional attitude as a team member of the department.
 Age should not exceed 27 years.

Initially in Dhaka but would be relocated in regional level.

Regional Manager (Trainee Senior Officer Position)


Job Responsibilities:

 Monitoring and managing all field activities of field offices


 Taking initiative to achieve the target of the company’s sales,
maintenance, credit collection and other goals
Competence:

 B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical & Electronics or Honors in Applied


Physics, Electronics & Communication Engineering from any
recognized University
 Age should not exceed 27 years.
