Credit Manager

Job Responsibilities

 Credit analysis & reports.


 Leadership & ownership & full responsibility.
 Credit monitoring and clear report to top managers on a timely manner.
 Collections & strategy planning of control.
 Skillful communication with sales team.
 Enforces credit policy and assure adherence to accepted standards.
 Guide & trained sales team.

Requirements

 CA PE-1 M. Com in Accounting, or Business Management


 Energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere deadlines on a timely manner
 Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation
 Leadership & control work policy
 Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency required, SAP plus
 National accounts experience required
 Credit associate member
 Preparation of monthly accounts, store accounting.

 Valuation of imported items.

 Inter company reconciliation.

 Bank reconciliation.

 Other work as assigned by the management.

 Consolidation of accounts for all operations in RSF

 Maintaining and bookkeeping of Journal entries, Accruals, Reconciliation, Fixed assets


ledgers.

 Apply analytical procedure and ratio analysis.

 Perform and correspond tax, audit and MIS (Management Information System)related
Issues.

 Advise and suggest Head of Operations on accounting concept and treatment.

 Responsible for maintain liaison with Donors. Work with External Auditors
