ABSTRAK
Proyek konstruksi sebagai rangkaian kegiatan tentunya idak lepas dari adanya
kendala yang sering kali dikaitkan atau berkaitan sebagai parameter dalam penerapan
keamanan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) proyek konstruksi. Perkembangan
industri konstruksi yang pesat selain memberi manfaat juga menimbulkan resiko cukup
besar, dimana industri ini dapat dikatakan rentan terhadap kecelakaan kerja.
Kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada proyek kontruksi akan sangat merugikan tenaga
kerja, dan lingkungan kerja yang tidak aman dan kurang sehat serta memberi imbas
pada terganggunya kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi. Oleh karena itu pada saat
berjalannya proses pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi diwajibkan serta disarankan untuk
menerapkan penerapan keamanan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Penelitian
inibertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari faktor – faktor keamanan kesehatan dan
keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini
menggunakan studi berbagai litertur yang berkaitan untuk dapat menentukan variabel
yang akan digunakan. Berikutnya mendesain kuisioner penelitian untuk kemudian
melakukan pengambilan data dengan sampling. Data yang didapat dari hasil kuisioner
akan dijelaskan melalui analisis deskriptif serta untuk mengetahui tingkat pengurh
penerapan keamanan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja pekerja proyek
konstruksi digunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini
menunjukan bahwa variabel komitemen top manajemen, lingkungan kerja, peraturan
dan prosedur K3, keterlibatan pekerja, dan kompetensi pekerja menujukan hasil secara
simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pekerja proyek
konstruksi. Namun variabel komunikasi pekerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap
kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi.

ABSTRACT
The construction project as a series of activities certainly cannot be separated
from the obstacles that are often associated or related as parameters in the
implementation of occupational health and safety security of construction projects. The
rapid development of the construction industry in addition to providing benefits also
poses considerable risks, where the industry can be said to be vulnerable to workplace
accidents. Work accidents that occur in construction projects will be very detrimental
to the workforce, and the work environment is unsafe and unhealthy and has an impact
on the disruption of the performance of construction project workers. Therefore, at the
time the construction project implementation process is required, it is recommended to
apply the application of occupational safety and health security. This study aims to
determine the effect of safety factors on occupational health and safety on the
performance of construction project workers. This study uses various related literature
studies to be able to determine the variables to be used. Next design the research
questionnaire to then take data by sampling. Data obtained from the results of the
questionnaire will be explained through descriptive analysis and to determine the level
of application of safety and occupational health security on the performance of
construction project workers used multiple linear regression method. The results of this
study indicate that the variables of top management commitment, work environment,
K3 rules and procedures, employee involvement, and worker competence address
results simultaneously and partially have a significant and positive effect on the
performance of construction project workers. But worker communication variables
have no influence on the performance of construction project workers.
