industrial areas of the city, became desirable for a
flexible, multi-functional urban development, according
to its position and accessibility (besides the intermodal
node “Razoare”) and also in agreement with the
intrinsic character of the site.

Brief description: The project has target a tourist
development spa, at the rural scale of the site,
capitalizing on natural resource of Lake Movila Miresii;
proposals followed a discreet relationship as the
context and harmonious insertion in preexisting
landscape.
