Section 3. That the duties and functions of the proposed creation are the following
a. Supervising Administrative Officer (SG 22) for the Barangay Budget
Review Division, with the following duties:
• Handles the encoding of the LGU Integrated Financial Tools (LIFT) and
take charge of the transmission of data involving the financial transactions
of the City on a quarterly basis for BLGF monitoring;
• Encodes all daily Obligations Requests under the Maintenance and Other
Operating Expenses (MOOE) and consolidate the same on a monthly basis
for the submission to the Commission on Audit;
• Assists in Encoding Obligation Requests with Purschase Orders submitted
by the Bids and Awards Committee for the preparation of the list of Not
Yet Due and Demandable Obligations (NYDDO) and submits the same to
the Commission on Audit;
• Records daily transactions under the Special Purpose Appropriation
(SPA);
• Does other related task/s that may be assigned from time to time.
Section 4. The Iloilo City Government shall allocate and appropriate funds for the
implementation of this ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect July 01, 2018, after its publication on a
local newspaper of general circulation in Iloilo City.
