3. Connect all the signals for synchronization and commands. (WE CAN STILL USE THE SIGNAL
CABLE ON GROUND)
4. Fabricate the Panel base and re build the SYNCH panel for the GEN
5. Commissioning
6. We will need like 3,000,000 to start. This is because we want to buy the 3 SYNCHRONIZING
module once
