Spicy Tindora Channa

Mangalorean style

Ingredients: -

 250 tendlis (6 slices vertically cut)


 ½ cup black channa (boiled 2 whistles….salt)
 ½ cup grated coconut
 ½ roughly chopped onion
 1 tsp cumin
 2 tsp roasted coriander
 ¼ tsp turmeric
 ¼ tsp mustard seeds
 3 whole Kashmiri chillies

Method:-

 Mix all the above ingredients and cook under pressure for 1 whistle and 2 mins.

Tempering:

 ¼ finely chopped onion,


 ½ tsp mustard,
 hing,
 curry leaves,
 crushed garlic ,
 salt to taste
