A. Master Module
Step-1 Master module software down-load.
VIMLoader icon
A. Install laptop and appropriate diagnostic cable to diagnostic

9 pin connector located in the Battery Box under the left side
of the machine.
B. After turning on the laptop, select "double click" the VIMLoader

icon from desktop. A small Downloader panel screen should appear.

Step-3 Master module software down-load. arrow to the right of the "Look In" box.
Select "Desktop", double click "My
Computer", double click " Local Disk
(c:)", double click "RT535E", double click
"mastercodefiles", then select your
"MasterCodeVxx.s28" software file.
Next select appropriate

"date MasterCode
Vxx.s28" software file.

The file should now be loaded

into the "Program File" box of
the "DownLoader" panel
screen software file.
“Ensure battery
disconnect is off.”
Select Start.
When you see waiting
for status, turn on
Battery Disconnect.
A bar should be
starting across the
Progress window.

This is the message

when the program is
complete. Select OK
and than the red “X” to
exit. Turn off battery
disconnect and wait a
few seconds and turn it
back on. Now you are
done with loading the
master file.
B. Console Module
Step-1 Console module software down-load.

B. After turning on the laptop, select "double click" the CANLinkLoader

Click on the drop down arrow to the right

of the "Look In" box. Select "Desktop",
double click "My Computer", double
click " Local Disk (c:)", double click
"RT535E CANLoaderFiles ", double
click than select "Console_Files", then
select your "Console_FileVxx.s19"
software file. See next step.
A. For this download procedure you will have to turn on battery disconnect and key
switch to down load the software.
Double click .s19 File

and a window will open.

Type in the console

Select start.

your "T/T_FileVxx.phy" software file.
For this down-load procedure you will have to turn on the battery disconnect and

After the program cycles through this

it is downloading the
software.

downloaded and passed complete. Select OK
on sector module ID13 and than the red “X” to
and ID14. exit. Turn off the

T/T file.
