ABSTRACT

The future is about creating an organization that experiences increasing growth and increased profits by
generating new demand in a non-competitive market space instead of competing in an overcrowded
market. That is capitalizing on the basic economic theory of supply and demand by creating new demand.
To achieve this, it requires innovation, creativity, and strong vision. Innovation, creativity has emerged as
a key determinant of corporate survival, success, and growth in today's turbulent environment. For the
Success of any organization, it should have the capacity to create and innovate a non-competitive idea
which can also translate into reality. Dr. Kalam gives the clear understanding of what changes it would
take to be most effective in unstable, riskier environment and to explore and negotiate a way forward in
search of new possibilities for solving problems in the most cost-effective way. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam has
said that every leader must have a vision and also have the passion for realizing the vision.
