You are required to engage Engineering Graduate / Technician (Diploma holders)/ Technician (Vocational ) apprentices as notified
under Section 8 (3-A) of Apprentices Act -1961 as amended in 1973 & 1986. As per the records of registration of Apprentices in this
office, the required number of apprentices have not been engaged by you. The following, candidates have been found suitable for
training in your organisation on the basis of application received / interview arranged by this office to fill the training places existing
under the Apprentices Act 1961.

when offered may be sent immediately after the date of joining expires.

Candidates are required to report with their original certificates, when called by the employer to join. In case the candidate does not
get any information from the above establishment within 30days of receipt of this letter. He should write to the establishment addressed
above with reference number of this letter. Candidates who fail to join when offered training ,will not be sponsored again. In case of no
response from the establishment the matter may be referred to this office. If the Candidate has joined training under Apprentices Act
in any establishment before the receipt of this letter, this letter may be treated as cancelled.
