d) Entrepreneurial spirit
i. Always questioning how it can be done better.

Factor or element that limits or defines a decision or condition.
2) Justify your opinion based on the article, discuss FIVE (5) challenges to
successfully run and sustain a business across cultural, social and growth economic
nation settings.

Based on the article, entrepreneurs in Malaysia accepted challenges through cultural,

social and economic growth in order to succeed and sustain their business. Therefore,
in my opinion these are the challenges that the entrepreneurs have to overcome.

i. Cultural
In term of cultural, at first, entrepreneurs must know how to manage their sources.
They needs capabilities to link their business with the environment in order to
strengthen access to the markets and resources management. They have to utilize their
resources because this will lead their business development. Secondly, they need
strong vitality in order to survive their business. The numbers of entrepreneurs are
increasing every years and only 20% of the total number succeed their business. It
shows that entrepreneurs needs to have strong vitality to continue competitive.
ii. Social
In term of social challenges, at first, it was entrepreneur’s motivation and emotion
issues. They need strong personalities in order to keep them motivated and
psychologically strong to be competitive in this field. Secondly, they have to secure
people notion of entrepreneurship as their enterprises involved discovery, evaluation
and exploitation of opportunities of new products or services that maybe not exists
before. Therefore, they are facing challenge to secure people notion in order to gain
support for their business.
iii. Growth economic nation setting
Lastly in term of economic growth, along with the current situation, a major
challenge faced by them is difficult to get a proper and suitable jobs. That is because
growing competition and limited employment opportunities nowadays. Therefore they
have to choose the best career to be involved and maintain their career in order to
contribute for their brighter future.
