JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, JOSEFINA O. TUTOR and DOMINGA M. ABRAU, both Filipinos, of

legal ages, married and widow respectively, and residents of La Union, Candijay,
Bohol respectively, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and
say:

1. That we personally know the late ALFREDO SALASINAS and her spouse
EULALIA ALABA SALASINAS, both residents of La Union, Candijay, Bohol;
2. That they were married on NOVEMBER 22, 1987 at Candijay, Bohol;
3. That their date of marriage was correctly recorded in the birth certificate of their
daughter AIME A. SALASINAS;
4. That their date of marriage was erroneously recorded as NOVEMBER 22, 1985
in the birth certificate of their other daughter FRELAJEN A. SALASINAS;
5. That we attest to the fact that their TRUE DATE OF MARRIAGE is
NOVEMBER 22, 1987;
6. That we are not related to them either by consanguinity or affinity and that we
have no interest in whatever outcome this may bring;
7. That we execute this affidavit voluntarily to attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set our hands this 6th day of November,
2018 at Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.
