Introduction to Management Assignment 2 . Group of 3 or 4.

In the current context of the environment we live and or work “Diversity” is a challenge for
organizations and managing it is important.

1. Take an example of the class and comment on the diversity that composes in the students in class
2. Discuss the different types of diversity and generate a list of ideas of why you should be aware of
diversity and how would you manage same .

Deliverables.

1. Create groups of three to four and discuss the topic as given above.
2. Discuss within your group and put down your thoughts on paper. Take example of your choice
when explaining the process.

Length: Not less than one A4 sheet and not more than 2 A4 sheets. Point form answers will be
preferred.

Time: Starts @ 11.05 ends at 11.50 hrs.

Date: Next lecture date. 30 th October 2018.

Note : This is a discussion and you may share ideas and bring a textbook or access the net while in class .

Groups can work in class room and how we proceed will be discussed before 11.05 . The final paper
must be delivered in class by 11.50.
