COURSE OUTLINES OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES

For Admissions in MS Degree Programs.


COMPOSITION AND STRUCTURE OF PAPER:
I. MS and equivalent degree programs: 70 percent questions shall be from all
the disciplines mentioned in the eligibility criteria and 30 percent from
general ability (10% from English/Arabic, 10% from general knowledge and
10% analytical/quantitative ability).

These outlines will cover the subject related questions of Admissions Test.

The paper will consist of the following 7 parts with the given percent weightage.

d. Role of government; fiscal policies, taxation, monetary policy

3. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: 12 QUESTIONS
a. Fundamentals of HRM
b. HR process; HR planning, job analysis, recruitment, selection
c. Training and development, career development, organization development
d. Compensation and benefits
e. Health, safety and security
f. HR policies, employees’ rights and privacy
4. MARKETING: 12 QUESTIONS
a. Marketing principles and Marketing mix
