II. PROPOSED ADMISSIONS and STIPULATIONS OF FACTS

The parties agreed on July 9, 2014 on the following:

1. That the accused admits that he is the same person arraigned on

July 5, 2014.
2. That the accused on April 18, 2014 at about 11:45 pm was inside
his residence with the address of #666 Balete Drive, Okatokat
Subdivision, Brgy. Forbes Park, Makati City.

 3. That the accused admits the signature on his counter-affidavit to be
true and genuine.
4. That there is no settlement as to the civil aspect of the case.

III. ISSUE/S

FOR THE PLAINTIFF:

1. Whether or not the accused Teniente Gimo is guilty beyond

reasonable doubt of the crime parricide under Article 246 of the
Revised Penal Code.

FOR THE ACCUSED:

1. Whether or not the accused Teniente Gimo is guilty beyond

reasonable doubt of the crime parricide under Article 246 of the
Revised Penal Code.
