Abstract:

This study mainly based on the panchayat raj system in India there devoted mainly in
administrative aspect to make a improvement in various area, so the primary purpose for
improvement was laid on agriculture, industry, education, health and so on. And also some
function such as finance, meetings, gram sabha and government control. Therefore this study
was mainly focused on the village people and the government should make a necessary help to
development the nation and it should be a main fundamental target of indian government. The
purpose of this study is to make a focus on some administrative of panchayat raj planning
process and some administrative problems faced by panchayat raj and rural area development
plan because both are interdependent. Though the panchayat raj have some various forms in
various states and this act was presented in 73rd amendment Act their measure the structure of
society through the panchayat raj institutions (PRIs). This act applies many parts of India under
the control of government of India and ministry of rural development. Likewise there argues that
the tamil nadu panchayat raj have some local bodies to enables the financial crisis to acquire
some self governing institutions. The division through panchayat raj institution has propelled
different improvement plans for example sampoorna, swachata abhiyan, gram Vikas yojna,
farmer market and livestock market, underground drainage system construction scheme etc.
