A Correspondence Table for the Yearly Practice of

Elemental Posisms from The Book of Works

Introduction

This is a practice table for the elemental posisms that can be found in The Book of Works by
Pierre de Lasenic, which is still being practiced today in the Czech Republic and since its
inception over 80 years ago.

This table is essentially a cheat sheet to help guide people through their daily practice with this
work, with the posisms provided being the same as the ones that are performed in this video:

The Table lists the dates in which the posisms are to be performed along with the posisms
themselves and the elements which they are associated with.

The Exoteric and Esoteric Elements

The Ex o t eric Elements - The element which is the most present for a one month period, and
which corresponds to each of the twelve zodiac signs, is to be practiced for one month, meaning
that there is twelve elements which correspond with the dates of each zodiac sign (as indicated
on the table). Considering that there are four elements in all, which appear three times
throughout the year each, this means that each esoteric element is practiced twelve times
throughout the year or during a yearly cycle (4 x 3 = 12).

The Es oteric Elements - The element which is the least present from the three other elements
during an entire season (three months). Thus, the esoteric element remains the same for one full
season or for three months. In this case, the posism associated with the corresponding element is
practiced for three months, with three different elemental posisms being performed throughout
the year (air, water, and fire) along with the practice of the earth element which is different than
the other posisms which are practiced physically, yet is still practiced at its corresponding times,
as outlined on this table and is to be performed as explained in The Book of Works and together
with the previously mentioned posisms).
The Ultimate Goal of This Practice

The goal of this practice is to obtain elemental balance or magical equilibrium throughout the
year by finding balance between the electric and magnetic fluid which, in this case, is obtained
by practicing the corresponding exoteric and esoteric posisms.

The Practice

Every day, after sunset, practice the exoteric posism of that month, followed by the esoteric
posism of that season, one after the other and only one time each. The reasoning behind
practicing each posism after sunset is because the subtle body is considered to be more active at
night.
