Wipe down milk fridge inside and out 3:45pm
Clean the microwave inside and out 3:45pm
Wipe over sandwich press 3:45pm
Empty & clean dim sim steamer 3:45pm
Bain Marie - wiped clean & topped up with water 3:45pm
Turn off oven & deep fryer 3:45pm
Sweep & mop floor 3:45pm
Clean Coffe Machine Daily and pull apart & soak grip handles overnight - Turn off machine & grinder 3:45pm
Clean & sanitise all benches 3:45pm
Cardboard & Rubbish to be taken out 3:45pm
Restock drinks, biscuits, chips etc All Shifts
Keep magazine/newspaper table neat All Shifts
Wipe over service table - check cutlery, napkins etc All Shifts

Clean coffee machine externally as much as possible - wiping down of steam wand, rinsing grip handles, keep cloth

Sweep & mop under all benches - pull out trolley/bins/buckets etc Monday Close

Bleach crockery - ie teapots, cups, glasses Friday

Empty and clean dim sim steamer
Turn off coffee grinder and place bowls/untensils in dishwasher
Chemical clean the coffee machine and wipe down externally
Pull apart grip handles and clean!
Turn of coffee machine
Empty, clean and replace bucket
Clear and wipe down all tables
Wipe down sandwich press
Wipe down the inside and outside of the microwave - clean plate
Bain Marie, wiped clean and topped up with water
Sweep and Mop Floors
Cardboard and rubbish bins to be taken out
Clean and sanitise bins (SUNDAY CLOSE)
Replace with bin liners
Shutters down and locked
Lock Fridges
Clean dishwasher - door/rims/panels/sieve plates and plug. Leave door open over night to prevent smells and air dry
Wipe down and sanitise all benches
Takings, float and change to be counted and signed for
Lock floasts in safe
Contact DM to count and collect takings
Accompany DM to witness cash drop
Turn off lights/airconditioner/exhaust
Lock door and return the keys to reception
