Part I Part II
11
Manufacturing Process
1. Tabbing of Cells
Process of making terminals of a bare cell by soldering
copper strips to the bus bar.
12
Manufacturing Process
2. Row Making
A row of cells is made by connecting positive surfaces of
one cell to the negative surface of another cell.
13
Manufacturing Process
3. Stringing
The rows of SPV cells are connected in series to get
desired power rating.
14
Manufacturing Process
4. Lay-up
In this process,
solar cells are
put in between
various layers
for lamination
and curing
process.

Principle :-
EMT is a simple, economical but accurate milk fat testing instrument.
It measures the fat content instantaneously on a digital read out. It does not
involve the use of corrosive chemicals.Electron milk tester is based on the
photometric measurement of light scattered by the milk sample. The light
is scattered by the fat globules, acting as small prism.
Features: -
1. Auto zero facility
2. Easy to read digital LED display
3. Runs on mains or batteries
4. Measures up to 13% fat
5. Accepts small sample volume
6. Performs 120-150 test per hour
7. Automatic switch over to battery in case of power failure
8. Cheapest method of milk testing .
20
Working Operations
• MILK IN
Gently mix milk sample
Place sample under milk intake
Push milk in button
• MIX OUT
Empty mix beaker
Place mix beaker under milk
intake
Push mix out button
• PUMP
