TITILE: The Impact of technology on transportation.

Thesis statement: The aim of this articles is to inform and analyze the advantages
of technology application in transportation in Malaysia.

Point 1: Rail network nowadays served as a backbone for both passengers and
freight transport.

Supporting details: a) China and Malaysia seal a deal of a 688km East Coast Rail
Link (ECLR) worth $13bn, that will connect Malaysia's east and west
coasts as well as being the peninsula's central freight harbor.

b) Malaysia immensely depend on its rail network as the spine for


both passenger and the conveyance.

c) As referred to the statistics from the Land Public


Transport Commission (SPAD), the country's transport committee,
rail passenger is increasing throughout the country, with a raise of
8.5% in usage between 2011 and 2015.

d) Razak mentioned that the profits from the ECRL operation are
predicted to be gained through a transportation ratio of 30%
passengers and 70% conveyance.

Point 2: The potential in trading & business relationship efficiency within


Malaysia regions.

possibly amending key international trade paths in the progression.

b) As stated by a research report from the Institute of Southeast

involve mass number of conveyance and political organization could all gain benefits from
the impact of technologies implemented in transportation.
