SKECHT ALICE´S ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAN

Presentación: Alicia está leyendo un libro, luce aburrida, cree ver una oruga
gigante y se pregunta ¿estoy enloqueciendo? (Recurre a su padre)

Alice: Father, I think I’ m getting mad.

Father: What’s going on, sweetheart?
Alice: I can see and hear weird creatures.
Father: What kind of them?
Alice: I can see an odd queen, some speaker poker cards, a white rabbit in vest, a
big smile cat and a huge caterpillar.
Father: I haven’t been told about smiling cats. Chill out; it must be a dream.
Alice: Maybe.

Segundo acto: Alice se encuentra en el jardín, aparece el conejo saltando. Alice

se percata de ello y comienza a seguirlo.
Alice: Hey! Hold on!
White rabbit: Sorry but I can’t. It is late. (Continúa corriendo)
Alice: Late? Late for what? Mr. Rabbit, hold on! (Corre tras él)
Tercer acto: White rabbit continúa corriendo y entra en el agujero de un árbol.
Alice lo sigue y al observar el hoyo, cae por accidente. Llega a un mágico lugar y
aparece el gato sonriente.
Alice: Where am I?
Cheshire cat: Hi Alice, nice to find you here. How are you?
Alice: Who are you? Why you can talk? How do you know who I am?
Cheshire cat: (sin poder verse) We have always been on your side, we are your
friends.

Alice: We? Who do you talk about? Hey! Go back! Tell me, please. Could you tell
me the way to leave this place, please?
Cheshire cat: (Aparece nuevamente) That depends on where you want to get.
Alice: What do you mean? I just want to go away.
Cheshire cat: So, it doesn’t matter the road you take either.
Alice: I think you are a little crazy. I don’t understand what you’re saying.
Cheshire cat: (Viéndola de frente) I’m not crazy, my reality is different from yours.

Cuarto acto: Alice continúa caminando y aparece el conejo brincando, diciendo

que es tarde. Alice trata de alcanzarlo sin éxito y se encuentra en una mesa de té
con todo sobre la misma.

Alice: What is this? What a kind place and strange at the same time. Perhaps my
reason is gone? Am I getting mad?
Mad hatter: (aparece de repente y sorprendiendo a Alice) I’m afraid that you are.
But I will tell you a secret, best people are mad. (aparece el señor conejo, la oruga,
el sombrerero). Alice? Is that you?
*Comienza un baile secreto*
White rabbit: We are taking you to meet White Queen. She is awesome, I’m sure
you are going to like her.
Alice: A White Queen? What type of place is here?
Everybody: Yes! Let’s go!
Quinto acto: En eso aparecen las cartas de póker junto con la reina roja, todos
corren menos Alice (desaparecen de escena todos, solo queda Alice, las cartas y
la reina). Las cartas la ven con cara de asombro, entonces habla la reina roja.
Red Queen: (dirigiéndose a las cartas) Who is there?
Cards: We don’t know her Majesty. Who are you? (dirigiéndose a Alice).
Alice: I am Alice. I would like to know…
Red Queen: (molesta interrumpe) What? No one can know mora than I do. (las
cartas ven sorprendidas y asustadas la escena). Now just for that, you are going to
get beheaded.
Alice: No! Her Majesty, apologize me. I didn’t want to bother, it is just that I’m lost.
Red Queen: Interesting! Would you like to play?
Alice: Play? What kind of?
Red Queen: “The queen asks for”.
Cards: Excellent! Let’s play! It is the favorite game in the kingdom.
Red Queen: Everybody is ready? Ok, The queen asks for sitting down, the queen
asks for standing up, the queen asks for jumping, the queen asks for three claps,
sit down (no se sientan), the queen asks for sitting down (grita molesta), stand up
(las cartas se paran, Alice no, la reina la ve molesta), I said “stand up”.
Alice: You didn’t “the queen asks for”.
Red Queen: (con cara de fastidio) The queen asks for standing up (Alice se
levanta). The queen asks for marching on.

Sexto acto: Salen marchando, Alice camina a un lado distinto. Salen de escena,
se queda Alice, aparece el conejo.
Alice: Mr. Rabbit, please, help to go back home.
White rabbit: (con prisa) We always arrive somewhere if we walk enough. It is
possible you stay here forever.
Alice: (espantada) Forever? How long is tha?
White rabbit: Sometimes just one second. We should dance and you have to help
us. Follow me.
Alice: And be considered mad?
White rabbit: Do you know sane people who are happy?
Alice: You are right Mr. Rabbit. Let’s dance.

Septimo acto: El conejo y Alice comienzan a bailar y se dirigen donde se

encuentra la reina blanca. La reina es hallada en la mesa de té con los demás
personajes.

White Queen: Hello Alice, nice to see you. We need your help.
Alice: Greetings her Majesty (haciendo una reverencia). Could I go back home if I
help you?
White Queen: Of course. My cruel sister has taken possession of this kingdom
and we can get it back if we take her crown and scepter.
Alice: How can I do that?
White Queen: Get here place when she is distracted you take the stuff.
Alice: Isn’t that stealing?
Mad hatter: Stealing? What is that? Not at all, you will just take what it belongs to
us (ríe y dice todo con una expresión irónica).

Octavo acto: Aperece Alice con la Reina roja y las cartas.

Alice: How is everthing her Majesty? What a wonderful day, isn´t it?
Red card: Silence. The queen is taking a nap.
Black card: (con temor) That’s right and she hates to get disturbed.
Alice: What a nonsense! How she can sleep if she’s standing.
Cards: (susurrando) Please shut up. We don´t want to be decapitated.
Alice: Alright but could you tell me something?
Red card: Whatever you want whereas you keep silenced.
Alice: Could you tell me where the scepter and the crown are?
Black card: Never! We must not tell you that.
Alice: No? So I scream! (se disponia a gritar cuando interrumpió la carta roja y la
negra le cubría la boca).
Red card: Ok, we are going to tell but be quite, please.
Alice: So…
Black card: You can find them in a tiny box next to her. You must be careful.
Red card: Extremely careful.
Alice: Do not worry. It will take just a second (Alice toma la cajita y sale corriendo,
las cartas asustadas corren tras ella).

Noveno acto: A lo lejos se escucha un grito desesperado de la reina roja. Alicia

llega donde la reina blanca.

Alice: Here you have what is belongs to you, her Majesty.

La toma el sombrerero.
White Queen: Thank you so Alice (con cara de felicidad), You’ve been very brave
and thanks to those that helped you (voltea a ver a las cartas).
Cards: Her Majesty, we ask you for getting the crown back to the queen. If you
don’t do it; our heads will be cut. We are scared.
White Queen: That will never happen. We have beaten the red queen. Now, I rule
Wonderland.
(Todos quedan asombrados pero contentos, entra la reina roja)
Red Queen: What’s happening? I want my crown! I want my power back. Cut her
head!
White Queen: Stop! Because of the wonderland law you deserve death.
Red Queen: (Riendo burlonamente) Do not make me laugh! You are just a fool.
White Queen: Even your horrible behavior, I can’t be like you. You will just be
exiled from this country.
Red Queen: Who and what army?
Décimo acto: Todos juntos atacan a la reina roja. El sombrerero loco se poner en
medio y comienza a bailar de forma extraña.

Mad hatter: There is a completely different place from others. They say we must
be a little mad to survive in there. Luckily, I am.
Alice: What are you doing?
Mad hatter: Revenge.
(Se posicionan todos y comienzan a bailar, salen de escena. Aparece Alice
dormida cuando llega su padre).

Father: Alice, Alice, wake up! Are you ok?

Alice: What’s wrong? Where am I?
Father: Alice?
Alice: Father, I am so happy to be back.
Father: What do you mean?
Alicia: Nothing important (sonríe, toca su bolsillo y siente algo en él, lo descubre).
Father: Alice Where have you taken that pocket watch from?
Alice: (Vieindo al público y con expresión pícara, toma una pausa para contestar)
Uhm I found it (guiña el ojo).
(Ambos salen de escena)
