EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF SPOUSES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate is made and entered into by and between
the surviving heirs of the late DECEDENTS, as follows:

LIST OF HEIRS;

all Filipinos and of legal age, with residence at Paliparan I, Dasmariñas City,
Cavite;

WITNESSETH:

1. That we are the children and the only surviving heirs of the late, who died
on December 14, 2014 at Imus, Cavite and August 22, 2016 at Damariñas City, Cavite
without leaving any will:

2. That at the time of their death they left the property particularly described
below:

Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-894193

“Registered in accordance with the provisions of the Property
Registration Decree in the name of, of legal age, married to, Filipino.
“DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY”

3. That to the best of our knowledge and information, the decedents left no
debts, liabilities or obligation whatsoever and no personal property is involved in this
settlement;

4. That by these presents, and in our capacity as the only surviving heirs of
the late, we hereby agree to settle and divide, as we do hereby extra-judicially settle and
divide and adjudicate unto ourselves the above-stated real property, in equal shares.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above-stated premises,

we, the above-named legal heirs of the decedents, do hereby adjudicate among ourselves
the above-stated parcel of land in the shares as stated above, pursuant to Section 4, Rule
74 of the Rules of Court.
