AFFIDAVIT
I, GRACE WAMBUI GATHIRA, of post office Box 44145-00100, Nairobi within republic
of Kenya do hereby make Oaths and state as follows:-

1. THAT I am a female Kenyan Citizen of sound mind and holder of Id no.3359430

hence competent to make oath.

2. THAT I am the widower to MR.DANIEL GATHIRA KAMAU.

3. THAT before my husband MR.DANIEL GATHIRA KAMAU passed on he had sold

the motor vehicle registration no. KCW300 VOLKSWAGEN of chassis no. XE
104MODEL to STEPHEN WARUI of id.no 21970394 who is our grandson.

4. THAT all the payments required were settled before the passing on of my late
husband.

5. THAT I pray you my facilitate the transfer of the motor vehicle to STEPHEN
WARUI as all efforts to retrieve my late husband’s Identification Card have been
in vain.

6. THAT I swear this affidavit conscientiously believing everything contained herein

is true and in accordance with Oaths and statutory declaration Act CAP 15 of the
laws of Kenya
