Available on OneNote. (See “snip” image on portfolio page.) Description of item content The OneNote Notebook has a section titled “Creativity.” Two tabs within this section are (1) “What is creativity?” and (2) “Activities.” Teachers are able access several creativity promoting activities that can be implemented in all K-2 classes, and differentiated as needed. This section of the OneNote includes resources like “Object Picture Cards,” the S.C.A.M.P.E.R. technique, squiggle drawings (“Imagination Workout”) examples, transformations, and brainstorming. How this item informs your goals. This OneNote page is a culmination of two goals: Significance in your Practicum/Internship meeting with the Target teacher (who informed experience. many of the ideas for creativity) and the OneNote resources shared with K-2 teachers. I was able to share and discuss some of these resources during the PD as well.
Acquisition Challenge Level (considering Level 3
time, effort, money, etc. on scale of easy = 1 Free, but time consuming. Gathering these to difficult = 5) resources involved meeting with Anne S. (Target teacher) to acquire ideas and resource books, as well as some of her personal ideas. I also had to search online for several resources that are attached to this OneNote (i.e. “Imagination Workout” printable). I created some of the resources myself as well (i.e. Brainstorming printable). I also took a lot of time reading through the resource book on creativity I borrowed from Anne.
