ABSTRAK

Latar belakang : Dermatitis merupakan epidermo-dermitis dengan gejala subjektif pruritus

(gatal). Pada gejala Obyektif tampak inflamasi, eritema, vesikulasi, eksudasi, dan pembentukan
sisik.

Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui gambaran penderita dermatitis di Poliklinik Kulit dan
Kelamin RSU Jayapura tahun 2010 berdasarkan jenis dermatitis, usia, jenis kelamin, jenis
pekerjaan, dan jenis terapi.

Matode Penelitian : Deskriptif retrospektif

Hasil Penelitian : Jenis dermatitis terbanyak adalah Dermatitis Kontak Alergi (DKA) sebesar
30,9%, kelompok usia terbanyak adalah 25-44 tahun (37,4%), jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah
perempuan (62,0%), jenis pekerjaan terbanyak adalah pekerja swasta (30,0%). Jenis terapi
terbanyak adalah terapi kombinasi (oral dan topikal) berupa pemberian antihistamin dan steroid
(68,3%).

Kesimpulan : Jenis dermatitis terbanyak adalah Dermatitis Kontak Alergi (DKA) dan kelompok
usia terbanyak adalah 25-44 tahun dengan jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah perempuan. Jenis
pekerjaan terbanyak adalah swasta, dan jenis terapi yang banyak digunakan adalah terapi
kombinasi (oral dan topikal) berupa pemberian antihistamin dan steroid.

 ABSTRACT

Background : Dermatitis is an epidermo-dermitis with subjective symptoms of pruritus

(itching). On objektif symptoms there is inflammation, erytema, vesiculation, exudation, and
formation of scales.

The aim of thes study was to determine the description of dermatitis patients in the RSU
Jayapura in 2010 based on the typeof dermatitis, age, sex, type of work, and type of therapy.

Research metode : Deskriptif retrospektif

Result : The most types of dermatitis are Dermatitis Contact Alergic (DCA) by 30,9%, the
largest age group was 24-44 years (37,4%), the highest sex were women (62,0%), the most types
of work were private jobs (30,0%). The type of therapy given is combination therapy (oral and
topical) in the form of antihistamines and steroid (68,3%).
