2 Consultant's Assurance

As the Consultant's nominated representative responsible for the construction of the

Works detailed in Central Highlands Water’s Reference No. __________________, I
verify that:
2.1 The project has been completed:
2.1.1 in accordance with the Notice of Agreement,
2.1.2 in accordance with Central Highlands Water’s specifications,
2.1.3 in accordance with Central Highlands Water’s standard drawings,
2.1.4 in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards,
2.1.5 in accordance with our company’s quality system,
2.1.6 under our control and supervision,
2.2 The source documents have been filed in a manner that can be readily
accessed for audit purposes.
2.3 Visual site inspection has been carried out.
2.4 The Works still comply with the Construction Verification Form.

2.5 The Construction Verification and Survey Verification Forms have been
submitted to Central Highlands Water.
2.6 We have received the Acceptance of Works and Commencement of Defects
Liability Period Letter from Central Highlands Water.
2.7 Testing and repairs of live assets has been carried out in accordance with the
specifications.
2.8 All faults have been rectified.
2.9 Clearance has been obtained from the relevant authority for restoration to
paved areas.
2.10 Permanent repairs to the unpaved surfaces have been completed.
2.11 Covers on all surface structures conform to the tolerances in the specifications
and the surrounding final surface level.
2.12 All surplus material has been removed from site in accordance with the
specifications and AS 2124.
2.13 The defects liability period of 6 months has expired.
2.14 Release notices have been obtained from council, relevant authorities or
developers of the properties affected.
