Role description

The trainee will work in the Business Performance department. He will join this
completely new department which will be supporting the region to become more
efficient, central and reduce cost which is needed following the constant grown that
we had in the last years. Business Performance Trainee‘s mission is to be the middle
person in topics related to the sub-ledgers for both P&L and balance sheet items. The
Trainee supports the Controlling and Accounting teams on where the focus is needed.
Main activities

 Responsible for the Webcost approval flow administration.

 Responsible for the AP functionality checking invoices, accounts and booking

in SAP correctly.
 Responsible for the improvement in different KPI’s regarding the accounting
services.
 Analysis of the debit items and risk analysis reports from the ISSC in order to
highlight the risks.
 Responsible of the review and analyse of the ageing reports and search for
solutions for old items
  Monthly conf. calls regarding the follow-up of the issues from the transactional
perspective.
 Prepare ad-hoc reports for the Management Controlling team regarding the
whole region
 Support the Controllers with different Business and Financial tasks.

 Coordinate different Finance projects focusing in improvement and standard

process.
 Drive the implementation of the new tools (e.g. CWF)...

 ..and ensure the end to end solution is well in place (SAP BPC reporting)

 Create and consolidate business management dashboards and reports related

to the region.
