Are communication and language synonyms?

Let’s start with a definition of both,

Communication: The imparting or exchanging of information by speaking,

writing, or using some other medium.

Language: The method of human communication, either spoken or written,

consisting of the use of words in a structured and conventional way.

Communication is a very simple process; a sender emits a message to one or

more receivers. In human’s communication, language plays a very important
part since it is the tool implemented to encode or decode the message
transmitted. Language may vary but the communication process will remain
intact.
