airtel’s subscriber base were not satisfied by the customer experience in comparison to only
10% of the jio’s subsriber’s dissatisfaction towards customer service experience.

The above pie charts show the satisfaction of people regarding the pricing of the two service
providing company. Both Airtel and Jio received a positive feedback from the customer. Out of
63 Airtel subscribers, 14 gave a full rating of 5. while 25 subscribers gave a rating of 4 followed
by 19 subscribers giving a rating of 3 and 5 of them gave rating of 2 or less response. Out of 59
jio subscribers, 27 gave a full rating of 5. while 18 subscribers gave a rating of 4 followed by 12
subscribers giving a rating of 3 and 2 of them gave rating of 2 or less response. Around 42% of
the airtel’s subscriber base were fully satisfied by the current pricing while 45% of the jio’s
subscriber’s were fully satisfied by the same. 3% of Jio’s subscribers and 8% of Airtel’s
subscribers were not at all satisfied by the current pricing method.

they would be recommending the services to others or not. Out of 63 Airtel subscribers, 15
gave a full rating of 5 while 25 subscribers gave a rating of 4 followed by 14 subscribers giving a
rating of 3 and 9 of them gave rating of 2 or less response. Out of 59 jio subscribers, 17 gave a
full rating of 5 while 26 subscribers gave a rating of 4 followed by 16 subscribers giving a rating
of 3 and none of them gave rating of 2 or less response. Around 23% of the airtel’s subscriber
base were completely willing to recommend its services while 28% of the jio’s subscribers were
completely willing to recommend. 0% of Jio’s subscribers and 14% of Airtel’s subscribers were
not at all willing to recommend its services.

whether they would be continuing with same service provider or not. 23 responded in negative
while 10 users would be changing the provider. Out of 59 airtel user, 23 were not sure whether
they would be continuing with same service provider or not. 27 responded in negative while 9
users would be changing the provider. 36% of Airtel’s subscribers were completely satisfied by
the services provided and did not wish to change provider in comparison to 45% of Jio’s
subscribers for the same.
