Requested tools/ adjustments

Hopac 1: -Allen screw (5mm and 4mm)

-jaw wrench 14mm

-jaw wrench 13 mm

-two M5x35 screws

Hopac 2: -Allen screw (5mm and 4mm)

-jaw wrench 24mm

-jaw wrench 13 mm

-two M6x35 screws

Hopac 3: -Allen screw (8mm and 6mm)

-jaw wrench 30mm

-jaw wrench 13 mm

-two M10x40 screws

Attention, before working on Hopac-Actuator make sure

that no pressure is on hoses and disconnect hoses from
actuator.

For disconnecting hoses

push ring towards Hopac
direction und pull hose away
from Hopac the same time.

Loosen all four screws from top cover of

actuator.

Take off screws from top cover

and pull cover of actuator . (Allen

screw between top of actuator and
housing can be used as a lever)

Turn swifel bolt with a jaw wrench into a position where

you can see all four screw bolts inside Hopac.

Check screw bolts with matching allen screw

In case screw bolts are loose, remove them

one by one. Put a peace of thread locking
device (p.a. Loctide, Weicon, etc..) on the
thread of the screw bolt and tighten Bolts
hand screwed to their requested place.

Do not put too much thread

locking glue on the threads

Remount cover to actuator.

Tighten screws hand screwed.

Reconnect hoses to actuator and set system

back to working condition.
