 Resumen:

La seguridad ocupacional y la prevención de riesgos laborales en su

proyección hacia la Ingeniería Civil, representa en la actualidad un reto
importante de análisis y reflexión, así como una tarea programática en la
política del estado al momento de verificar las condiciones de trabajo en este
sector en particular, dada la alta tasa de accidentes, la poca difusión de
información y la informalidad de los empleadores.

En ese sentido, estudiar adecuadamente a la seguridad laboral, sus elementos,

caracteres y modelos de gestión, nos sirven para poder aplicarlos de forma
exitosa en la Ingeniería Civil, en el caso particular, aplicado en la Empresa
Industrias Ancalayo S.A.C., de forma que los lineamientos teóricos estudiados
sirvan para poder realizar una eficiente aplicación de la seguridad ocupacional
en la empresa en mención.

En la última parte del presente Informe, se presentan los resultados obtenidos,

es decir, se detallan los aspectos prácticos aplicados de la seguridad
ocupacional en la Empresa Industrias Ancalayo S.A.C.

 Abstract:

Occupational safety and the prevention of occupational hazards in its projection

towards Civil Engineering is currently an important challenge of analysis and
reflection, as well as a programmatic task in the state's policy when verifying the
working conditions in this sector in particular, given the high rate of accidents,
the lack of information dissemination and the informality of employers.

In that sense, studying properly the labor security, its elements, characters and
management models, serve us to be able to apply them successfully in Civil
Engineering, in the particular case, applied in the Empresa Industrias Ancalayo
SAC, so that the theoretical guidelines studied serve to make an efficient
application of occupational safety in the company in question.

In the last part of this report, the results obtained are presented, that is, the
practical aspects applied of the occupational safety in the Enterprise Industrias
Ancalayo S.A.C. are presented.
