In operating a company, the flow of information and communication between the
stakeholders is the most vital asset any company can possess. As we all know, our
company is founded on the base of mordernization and scientific way of doing things
to achive its goals and to be a leader in the industry. So to keep the flow of
information, data, analysis and to inform others of things that come into our minds
we shall start a memo culture or note culture or whatever term you can give to this
culture. I am writing this 'Memo" in that spirit. Hope this culture prevails in our
company and would be followed by all of the members. But these memos should be:
A. Only for the founders to see and read. This is a company SECRET document which
will be ARCHIVED on regular basis.
B. The things written here SHALL NOT BE TALKED outside of the founders' circle to
maintain SECRECY and INTEGRITY.
C. NO RULES for writing memos and you can write as much as you like on any subject
and on any language but should be related to your personal issues or the company's
issues in general.
D. No need for political or moral correctness, feel free to write.
E. No copy-pastes of things obtained from the internet, but can be referenced or
used to make points clearer.
F. Your memo should be written by you and should be your sole creation.
G. No BLAME will be placed for writing things you believe in, FULL FREEDOM OF
SPEECH, no CENCORING in any way.

Today I would like to share something of a numerical observation that I made today.
This is in no way perfect and requires constant update and corrections but non the
less, I would like to make my own assumptions and go along with it with the
calculations just to initiate conversations about where we are heading and what we
need to do to achieve the things we want to achieve along the way to our future
success. As I am saying this will not be an easy task but without any materialized
plans and calculations we will all be just talking to in the wind so I made up this
calculation just to start a series of discussions on how are we going to get this
company started and going on high ride for the coming future. We must start to plan
how are we going to get new bids, and private contracts along with how are we going
to execute all these things in a modern and scientific way.

Assumptions:
1. The growth rate of the company is taken as 12.5% per month for the first 7
months, which is high but I hope ADG will achieve this rate of growth.
2. The profit margin from Government tenders and private works is taken as 8.5%,
which is low but will compensate for overhead expenditure and in some cases,
partial losses.
3. The seven month growth rate and transaction amount is just a tentative figure
just to get an idea on what are we going to do in those months and is liable to
corrections and addendum.
4. It is just for initiation of series of thoughts of members of ADG.
5. The minimum base profit per person per month for founders is taken as NRS
40000/-
6. 23% is the amount deducted for the tender bids and private works is also assumed
as the same to cover contingencies.

Calculations:
From Kartik 2075 to Baisakh 2076 (6 Months)
1. Start up + Operations 75,000/-
2. Rent/ Net 75000
3. Salary/Other 150000/-
4. Unforeseen 75000/-
Total = 375000/-
5. Founders Share 1200000/-
 Grand Total = 1575000/-

Profit to be generated is NRS 1575000/-

Thus, total amount of Work needed to be done = 18530000/-
