Malaysia

I am a student of Master of Business Administration at the Graduate School of Management, Universiti Putra
Malaysia. I am currently conducting a survey on measuring customer satisfaction of service quality towards
Internet Broadband provider in Malaysia.

This questionnaire aims to collect data that will be used in quality development efforts. The questionnaire
measures your satisfaction of service towards Internet Broadband provider. Please answer all questions where
