ADDENDUM
1. If you are currently dealing with the courts and have an open case enter this into the case
2. This must be mailed ​restricted, registered mail.
Take your package to the post office clerk to place $21 worth of stamps on your envelope. The
postal clerk need to cancel the $21 stamps. This extra step makes your package private and
international, thus keeping private matters private.
3. VA and DC -- send to LIST #1 and LIST #2 at the same time, 30 day grace period does not
apply to VA and DC.
