The chart presents the steps manufacturing process and information feedback which helps to apply

changes in the manufacturing method. As is presented in the flow chart, there is various stage of
production and sales together with the feedback supplied which provides improvements and modification
throughout the process.

This provided chart illustrates, the first step of manufacturing process is initiated with purchase of raw
materials and manufactured components which are saved in storage until production process is planned.
The next process in a row are assembly, inspection, testing, packaging, finally the product is dispatch for
sale.

The flow of information feedback is adjusted throughout the process. Production planning provides
feedback for storage. Likewise, sales provide information for both production planning and market
research. The feedback is mainly produced in market research phases which feed information to the
packaging, advertising and design teams, in addition, design step is also fed by product testing findings
