DEED OF UNDERTAKING

Know All Men By These Presents:

I, ANGEL L. DE LEON, JR, am the President and authorized representative of

BORACAY PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with office address at
TSKI Corporate Center, Mali-ao, Pavia, Iloilo, hereby undertake to do the following:
1. To abide by the specified road easement as conducted and identified by the Joint
Task Force Boracay when the road widening reaches BPHI area in Brgy. Yapak,
Malay, Aklan; and
2. To do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary
to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes to the
end that the national and local government may acquire the property subject
matter of the demolition in accordance with law.
