Thanks for the note and expressing your concerns. There certainly is no rush to judgement. The thought is to table
the proposal on Tuesday, November 27th as we hear from folks and gather addi onal informa on. There is no
metable for decision on the ma er.

The idea of a limited contractor registra on has been discussed off and on for several years, and the current proposal
is just that ‘a proposal’ that has been examining the possibility and the poten al benefits.

There needs to be addi onal communica on on what is being discussed, as there is a good bit of inaccurate
informa on out there. This ‘registra on’ proposal is not designed or intended to infringe of the right of folks to work
on their own home or business.

Your concerns are noted for the records and much appreciated.

You are probably going to get a lot of input on this pending resolution. It's not lost on me that Duane is protecting his own
interests but in this case, he is on the correct side. Don't let Bubb use you on this one. This resolution is bad for the
people and individual rights. Bubb is corrupt as they come as evidenced by the fact that his signature is on a recently
released document that he was a participant in violating my Constitutional rights. Do the right thing.

P.S. Duane - I don't mind you waiving the Constitution around but make sure you don't take it down to use when it's
convenient and forget it the rest of the time. Live it! You ran on it now I'm holding you to it.

As always, exercising my Constitutional right of redress of grievances with my government.
