The Esclusiva building is a residential development that stands 32 storeys tall and 150 m in height. When completed, the building will have 100
private services apartments with interiors designed by FENDI Casa while Damac Tower by Paramount is 35 storeys tall and will have 215 hotel
rooms when completed in addition to 4 basements parking levels and health club (PMC Dar Al Riyadh).
Provision of quality submittals for substructure,infrastructure and superstructure activities such as project quality plan, inspection and test
plan, method statements and material submittals in addition to provision of overall weekly and monthly progress reporting of QA/QC
function.
Develop and implement an internal and external audit schedule for project departments, suppliers and subcontractors as per approved
quality plan.
Monitoring and controlling post tension concrete works, ID finishing works, facade and landscaping works.

Lead effectively a team of quality engineers and inspectors to conduct civil and finishes Inspections in 2 zones multi-functional parking
complex and museum building.
Monitoring and controlling precast workshop production activities.
Decreased the percentage of first time rejection concerning RC works inspections in the Grand Egyptian Museum project from 20% to 5% to
maintain the project quality objectives after analyzing the causes using Pareto and RCA.
Selected by Orascom Construction corporate quality director to offer an in-house session titled "Cost of Quality" in the talent program.

Sukhna Supercritical Power Plant - Offshore Works Package │ US$ 65 million

The seawater intake consists of three intake lines of approximately 1.3 km length between intake heads and the intake pump house. After use as
a cooling liquid, the water is discharged to the open sea. This is done by three discharge lines spanning between the seal well structure and the
outfall structure. The outfall structure is followed by a dredged channel which guides the discharged water to the open sea (PMC Bechtel).
Assisted in preparing quality submittals such as concrete constituents test results, concrete mixes design, scale calibration for ORU concrete
 batch plant, uniformity test results for batch plant and NRMCA check list for concrete batch plant, sheetpiles cathodic protection in addition
to all Civil works ITPs.
Monitored Soil investigation activities, installation of sheet piles, precast intake structures assembled under water, shoreline discharge
structure, riprap + filter scour protection, dredging , hydro testing of 6X1300 m 4” & 8” chlorination lines at 4.5 Bars, fabrication and erection
of concrete mattresses, stoplogs installation etc..

Fair Zone Station, Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 2 │ 498 Million Euros

A station on Cairo Metro, part of phase 2 of Line 3. It is located on Salah Salem Street in front of the Cairo International Fair Ground, one of the
most important commercial and administrative centers of Cairo. Consists of G(Entrances/Exits Elevator), B1(to entrances/exits, fare control),
B2(Engine Rooms/Maintenance) and P(Platform level).
Monitor site activities such as execution of CFA piles, raft foundation and floor slabs (station box)after constructing 20 m diaphragm wall and
completing the excavation.
Prepared and submitted 8 ITPs for civil and finishes activities where 95% of the ITPs returned code A/B form the first time in addition to
meeting the dates of the transmittal submission schedule.
Monitoring and managing non-conformances, along with carrying out Internal Quality Assurance audits to comply with our client
specifications.
Carry out all internal finishing inspections according to project specifications and approved ITPs.

Orascom Construction Industries │ Cairo, Egypt 2008 - 2010

Project Control Engineer
Al Tebbin Thermal Power Plant - Civil Works Package │ US$ 120 million

The facility is designed to include a 2x350 MW Thermal Power Plant for interconnection to the National Unified Power System (NUPS) through
the new GIS 220 KV switchyard facility.
The power block comprises two identical rankine cycle turbine natural gas, residual (mazout) oil, or a combination of both (PMC Bechtel).
Preparation of schedule in consultation with various Stakeholders including resources loading/leveling required for each activity.
Distribute the baseline schedule to various disciplines.
Updating the schedule in order to prepare Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
Prepare time impact analysis (TIA) and present to all concerned discipline Managers and Management.
Report variance Budget v/s Actual using earned value performance analysis (CV, SV, CPI & SPI).
Identify Issues and communicate to the Management.
Arrange for weekly and monthly Progress Meetings.
Update S-Curve for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning and Overall.

The 1,500MW Az-Zour North gas-fired combined cycle power plant is located at Az-Zour, approximately 100km south of Kuwait City.
Check and Inspect fit-up tolerance of erection of steel structure according to plans and specifications.
Soil sampling and testing checks in formation, structural fill, sub base and road
base materials.
Manage the sample procurement, storage, and following up on laboratory testing
and monitoring results for slump testing, product temperature.

Residential and commercial apartments over an area of about 117,110 m², and consisting of 4 basement levels, a ground floor and five towers
of 12, 13, 15, 17 and 18 floors (PMC Turner).
Coordinate all resources to ensure project execution and completion as per agreed budget and time schedule.
Ensure that Work Procedures and Method Statements for Concrete, steel structure and finishes activities are prepared and followed during
work execution.
Liaise with the concerned Foremen to ensure that all labor, materials and equipment are available when required.
