Dear friend Ximena

I tell you about my new job as a restaurant chef, the place is very big and nice, it is
located in the center of the city. I should one day pass and meet him.

Every day I start my day at work from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., my specialty is
desserts, you should try the chocolate cake, it is very delicious. You should also try
a meal like pasta or soups, the ones in this restaurant are very tasty.
Always I must wear a white suit, white cap, white sweater and white pants. I must
also wear a black apron and a red scarf, I must wear very comfortable shoes.

The kitchen is very great, it must always be very tidy to facilitate the work, it has
many implements, a big stove and a big refrigerator, in the kitchen five chefs work,
each one must take care of a menu of the letter, this facilitates the work.

I really like this work, I can prepare different meals and experiment in my
preparations, I know many different cultures that allow me to improve in the
preparation of different meals, the relationship with my colleagues is very good, the
atmosphere in the kitchen is very pleasant.

I do not like it when I cut myself or I burn when preparing food. In this work there
are many accidents.

It is a wonderful profession, you would like very much, it is a very good experience,
you know many cultures through gastronomy, you recognize many foods and
preparation techniques, you can prepare the food that you like the most.

Dear Marcela

I am writing this letter, because I want to talk

you about my new job. I am a doctor now in
the Hilton private hospital. There are many
patients every day, however in the hospital
has enough doctors. I have 24 patients for
my daily work shift.

The hospital is located in the south the New

York city. I work from Monday to Friday from
7:00 a.m. at 3:00 p.m. The doctor´s office is
big and has windows, it´s very nice.
I in the afternoon before leaving, I receive the
agenda following day.

I like my work because have the afternoon

free, in addition I can to go the movies the
weekend with my friends. Also I like server
peoples and prescribe good medicines
and the Hilton private hospital has the
motto “life health care”.

You know, sometime I have to work the

weekends and I do not like it. Also I do not my
uniform, because the color is red. However, I
keep calm and I have a quiet life.

Marcela, do you think my work is interesting? I

hope you like it. There are many things to learn.
My profession is very good.

Hello dear Carlos.

I am writing to tell you about my current job. It's in a town called Tocancipa, which I
like because I have been able to work and practice my new profession. In this
town, there is a lot of industrial zone, and my work has consisted of the instruction
in all the industrial companies: first aid, risks against fires, preparations and
medical attention, are some capacities.

In addition, as there are many forests area in this town, and we must make people
aware, so they can care and help the nature.
In my profession, as a firefighter, I have felt at ease, since I have given my
performance to the entire community, according to my vocation of service, social
sensitivity and personal commitment.
Also, I tell you that I have known towns near mine. And I have been delighted by
the nature and tourist sites that surround these towns; although, I still need to know
many more.

I live in a very nice apartment and it is a very calm place. I invite you to come to
know my town; the only thing that I don’t like is how far it is to visit my parents (but I
will visit them on vacation). Even so, as I told you, there is a lot of job offer (maybe
you can find one here).

Dear valentina

I hope everything is great, remember that the last time I

wrote you I said I was going to change jobs? Well imagine
that I have already started, I am working as administrator
of the mine where I have more than 20 employees, all
work a lot and thanks to them we have made a very good
team, I have to be aware of the sales, the processes of
crushed and dispatches, I do not have a schedule because
I manage my time but I must be fulfilled at the time of
delivering reports and others; I have to use boots and a
helmet for protection and my clothes have been damaged
a bit, so I consider buying a uniform, I have my office and it
is very funny because everyone calls me boss and
although I tell them not to do it they keep telling me, the plant is worked from 6 am
to 4 pm, my assistant is called Deisy and is my right hand for absolutely everything,
you can not imagine the problems that
have saved me

I love this new job because every day

it shows what we have progressed,
they are paying me to meet production
goals and thanks to my colleagues I
earn more money every time and
unlike my previous job I feel more
useful for the company; I do not like it
because it is very far from my house, more or less two hours by bus because I can
not take a car and as you know I get dizzy every time I get on a bus. I imagine that
you would not like it because you are more of working in an office and not being in
the field, but believe me it is very relaxing and not so monotonous, I wanted to tell
you about this new experience and tell you how much I miss you I hope you come
soon to visit me.
